  1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-built or bespoke generators and pumps.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
  • Consumables such as fuel, oil, or filters.
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email ifo@egps.ieor call 0504 -44437 with your order details and reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if eligible.
  3. Shipping: Securely package the item, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided in our return approval email. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, or we made an error.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the item, it will be inspected. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  1. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damage and details of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
